      В Татарстане наблюдается заметный рост интереса к подаче онлайн-заявлений для получения услуг Росреестра. С начала 2025 года управление по республике получило свыше 303,5 тысяч таких заявлений на учетные и регистрационные действия с недвижимостью, что составляет 14% больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.

      Наибольший прирост отмечен в области кадастрового учета: количество приемлемых заявлений увеличилось на 73% — с 27,8 до 48 тысяч. Также на 9% возросло число обращений по единой процедуре, объединяющей кадастровый учет и регистрацию прав.

      С общего количества заявлений, поданных в Росреестр Татарстана с начала года, 450 тысяч, 68% из них были оформлены дистанционно. Более 70% заявителей выбирают именно онлайн-формат для регистрации прав собственности в текущем году.
