The corresponding research results were published on the Unified Developers’ Resource website. “The steady trend toward urbanization and the increase in the urban population will support construction in the largest cities. Among the fastest-growing of them, experts named Krasnodar, Surgut, Moscow, Tyumen, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Nizhnevartovsk and Kaspiysk,” the statement said. It was also noted that in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan as of 2024, 38% of the total floor area of apartment housing stock is accounted for by buildings constructed after 2010. Moreover, 25% of that share relates to housing stock built from 2010 to 2019, and 14% from 2020 to 2024.

      Analysts also forecast that Moscow’s primary market will develop at a moderate pace — 6% per year, mainly due to rising housing prices amid a decline in transaction volumes, while in Saint Petersburg sales are expected to grow by about 9%.
