On September 13 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM a free BiYu disco will take place at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, organized by the Tatarstan branch of the "Movement of the First." This event, taking place for the first time in the format of a family festival, offers a variety of activities, including master classes and a market with local brands. From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM a children's entertainment area will be organized on the library terrace, where craft games and competitions await them. The disco will begin at 5:00 PM and last until 8:00 PM, and music will be played by graduates of the Scratch DJ School. Registration via the link is required to participate in the event. All activities are free. The "Movement of the First" was created by decree of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, in the summer of 2022, and the Tatarstan branch is headed by Timur Suleymanov.
