      Today, September 11, Rinat Sadykov, Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, paid a working visit to Zainsk. Accompanied by the head of Zainsk district Razif Karimov, the head of the executive committee Emil Galeyev and the head of the youth affairs department Guzel Sharafieva, he visited the children’s health camp “Sozvezdie,” where major repairs to road surfaces are being carried out under a republican program. Although the last children’s holiday session ended only at the end of August, the road repairs are already 98 percent complete.

      “We must constantly create favorable conditions for the younger generation, so we started this work immediately after the end of the children’s recreation,” the head of the district noted.

      Then a meeting was held at the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance to conduct an audit of the state of youth policy in Zainsk district. An audit of the state of the youth policy sphere is a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the youth policy ecosystem in the municipality and the development of a list of recommendations and concrete proposals to develop strengths and compensate for identified deficiencies.

      Leaders and specialists involved in youth work participated in the meeting. In his remarks, Rinat Sadykov noted that the youth of Zainsk district occupy leading positions in the republic in terms of activity and urged strengthening efforts to participate in grant competitions. The head of the district, Razif Karimov, emphasized the need to make use of the conditions created in the district for young people and expressed readiness to launch all kinds of new projects on Zainsk soil. The head of the audit project, Guzel Sharipova, noted that ten specialists from the district’s youth affairs department have already successfully passed an assessment — a comprehensive personnel evaluation method. At the end of the meeting, Rinat Sadykov presented a letter of appreciation from the Ministry for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan to the head of the search squad “Gvardiya,” Viktor Nikiforov, noting his significant contribution to the development of youth initiatives in Zainsk district.
