Autumn agricultural fairs have opened in Naberezhnye Chelny.

      The agricultural fair season has kicked off in Naberezhnye Chelny. Fresh produce from farmers across Tatarstan can now be purchased every Saturday from 8:00 to 15:00 at three sites — the hippodrome, the Southern agropark, and near the Stroitel Stadium. The opening was attended by the head of the Naberezhnye Chelny executive committee, Farid Salahov. He spoke with producers, asked about their harvest results, and wished them successful sales. “Today we are starting a good tradition: we are opening the autumn fairs so that our residents have the opportunity to buy the freshest products. I want to express my gratitude to the producers from the Menzelinsky, Mendeleyevsky, Tukaevsky, Agryzsky, Aktanyshsky, Muslyumovsky and Sarmanovsky districts, who come to Naberezhnye Chelny every year with quality products they have grown with love and care,” Farid Salahov said. For the convenience of buyers, the executive committee prepared the sites in advance: parking lots, canopies, designated areas for meat cutting, toilets and sales points have been provided. Before reaching the stalls, all products undergo inspection by the relevant services. From early morning residents came to shop. Sales will continue until December.
