In Tatarstan, a boundary survey project for a large land plot for large families has been approved. The territory, covering 370,000 square meters, will be located in the village of Korguza in the Verkhneuslonsky District, not far from the new M12 highway. The order was published by the republic’s Ministry of Construction on the official legal information portal.
The Kazan Institute for Urban Development will prepare the project, with financing provided by the capital’s budget. The village of Korguza is closer to the border with Chuvashia than to Kazan: the distance to the capital of Tatarstan is about 55 kilometers, and via the M12 highway — 74 kilometers. The access to the motorway is only 6 kilometers from the village center.
A free plot of land in Tatarstan may be granted to families with three or more minor children, including adopted children, stepsons and stepdaughters. One of the parents must have lived in the republic for at least five years. Exceptions include foreign citizens, as well as families who have already used their right to receive a plot.
