In Naberezhnye Chelny, the shashlik restaurant "Khan Mangal" has been suspended for 70 days by court order. The territorial branch of Rospotrebnadzor filed complaints against the owner of the fast-food outlet in court.
According to materials from an unscheduled inspection by RPN carried out at the shashlik restaurant on September 11, the business practices of the individual entrepreneur threatened his customers with infectious diseases and food poisoning. It was found that "Khan Mangal" sold expired products and failed to observe separation between raw materials and finished products. Disinfection of the premises was either not carried out or was done with poor-quality agents, and the restaurant's employees did not undergo medical examinations.
The bistro owner admitted his mistakes in court and stated that most violations have already been remedied and will not be repeated. Nevertheless, the court agreed with Rospotrebnadzor's demands.
In Naberezhnye Chelny, the "Khan Mangal" chain operates four branches: in Complex 52, at the Avtozavodsky market, on Musa Jalil Avenue, and on Narimanov Street. The latter establishment is currently temporarily closed.
