Around 300 participants will take part in the final of the "Leader of the 21st Century" competition in Kazan.

      The final of the All-Russian competition of leaders and heads of children’s and youth public associations “Leader of the 21st Century” will be held in Kazan from September 20 to 24. The event is aimed at developing public movements, training personnel for organizations and forming a system of professional self-determination for young people. The competition tasks correspond to the goals of the national project “Youth and Children.” About 300 participants from different regions of the country will come to the capital of Tatarstan. Rinat Sadykov, Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that over the years the competition has proven itself as a forge of personnel. According to him, being in Kazan will be a productive time for the participants, when they will be able to acquire new skills, make friends and exchange experiences. Sadykov emphasized that thanks to the support of the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the republic has been a platform for such interaction since 2022. The final will be held in 12 nominations for two age categories: 14–17 and 18–25. Among them are “Being with Russia,” “Being Human,” “Being Together,” “Being in Motion,” “Being First,” “Mentor of the First,” and “Counselor of the First.” The competition program includes tests for participants, cultural and educational events, excursions, panel discussions and expert master classes. Young leaders will be able to share practices, discuss the development of public initiatives and find solutions in the field of youth policy. The final is organized by the Ministry for Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, the Movement of the First and the State Budgetary Institution “Youth Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.” You can follow the competition final on social media.
