Earlier it was reported that residents of building No. 20 on Akhunov Street in Kazan began receiving bills for snow removal in August. The bills charged residents 108 rubles per apartment. "According to the management company 'Solnechny Gorod', by the decision of the general meeting of owners of building No. 20 on Akhunov Street, the costs for snow removal are charged in equal installments throughout the year in order to reduce the amount of the payment in the winter period, when utility payments for owners include heating costs," the committee said.
