Students from the energy class of the city of Zainsk took part in the business game "Designing a Profession".

      Imagine: to develop and present a complete business plan in just a couple of hours. It seems fantastical, yet this was the very challenge successfully met by the students of the energy class at School No. 4 in the city of Zainsk, for whom the Personnel Center of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Zainsk District, as part of the implementation of the federal project "Cadres," held the career guidance business game "Design of the Profession," organized in partnership with the joint-stock company "Setevaya Kompaniya" — Nizhnekamsk Electric Networks. A total of 20 students from the energy class took part in the event. In the short time allotted, the game participants demonstrated remarkable creativity and teamwork. They developed original business projects based on a set of randomly assigned professions. The prepared presentations were delivered to a competent jury, which evaluated the quality of ideas, the originality of solutions, and the ability to defend their positions with reasoned arguments.

      This event marked the beginning of a new stage in the students' professional development. Such events help to better understand the world of professions and prepare young people for a deliberate choice of future career. As a result, the students gained invaluable project experience and realized the importance of teamwork and leadership qualities.

      Thus, the game held as part of the national project "Cadres" became an important contribution to the development of students' professional competencies, opening up new horizons of opportunities and prospects for a successful future.
