      The former director of the Arsky District House of Culture was found guilty of fraud by a court. According to the investigation, in 2018–2023 he concluded contracts with entrepreneurs for the supply of equipment and the organization of events, after which he appropriated part of the funds under the pretext of municipal needs, the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Tatarstan reports.

      The total damage exceeded 200,000 rubles. During the investigation the defendant fully reimbursed the caused damage. The court sentenced him to a fine, the amount of which was not specified.
