Tatarstan’s Rosreestr received new high ratings from entrepreneurs for the quality of its services.
The Rosreestr of Tatarstan is actively working to improve the investment climate by implementing new ideas and projects aimed at simplifying the process of state registration of rights and cadastral registration. In this context special attention is paid to the regular survey of entrepreneurs, which this time again showed a high degree of satisfaction with the agency’s services.
According to Alexandra Abdullina, head of the real estate state registration department for investment projects, one of the key measures to improve services is reducing the time required for registration and record-keeping actions for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. As of today, the average registration time is only 3.1 working days.
“The results of the latest survey among SME representatives confirm the effectiveness of the measures taken by our agency. The average score across criteria such as the conditions and quality of document reception, the speed of registration and the ability to register property electronically was an impressive 4.93 out of 5. This indicates a high level of entrepreneurs’ satisfaction with the work of the Rosreestr of Tatarstan and its commitment to further improving services,” noted Alexandra Abdullina.
