      In Zainsk on October 1, on the International Day of Older Persons, a social campaign called “Safety Postcard” was held. Pupils of the Svetlyachok kindergarten, together with their teachers, went out onto the city’s main street to remind elderly people about traffic rules and help them cross the roadway safely.

      On October 1, the International Day of Older Persons, there was a special, warm atmosphere on Zainsk’s central street. As part of the celebration, an unusual and important campaign called “Safety Postcard” took place here, organized by the senior group pupils of the Svetlyachok kindergarten together with their teachers.

      The team of young traffic inspector’s helpers prepared thoroughly for the event. In advance, the children made themed greeting cards with their own hands; these were not just tokens of attention but real reminders about safety.

      With sincere smiles and kind words of greeting, the children handed their creations to grandfathers, grandmothers, and other elderly people. But their mission did not end there. The young inspectors reminded elderly road users of the need to always follow traffic rules, to be attentive and cautious on the roadway.

      The most touching moment of the campaign was the practical assistance. Under the careful supervision of their teachers, the children helped elderly people cross the roadway safely, clearly explaining how to do so correctly and without risking their lives. Along with the postcards, each passerby received a heart-shaped memo — a symbol of care and a reminder to be careful on the road.

      This campaign proved that caring about safety is everyone’s responsibility, regardless of age. It turned out to be useful and truly heartfelt for all: elderly people felt support and attention, and the children learned an important lesson in compassion and responsibility.

      Respect on the road is the key to the safety of all road users! And this day in Zainsk became another step toward making the city’s streets kinder and safer.
