      Parents of children with disabilities have the right to take up to four additional paid days off per month. If necessary, these days can be combined and used for 24 consecutive days, TASS reports, citing the Russian Ministry of Labor. The Russian Ministry of Labor specifies that the right can be used by the child’s legal guardian or custodian. Pay for each day off is made at the average earnings in the manner prescribed by law, and to obtain approval for the days taken a written application addressed to the manager is required.
