      The case of an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation against citizen B., who, while driving a car in violation of paragraph 1.3 of the Traffic Rules of the Russian Federation, overtook a vehicle moving ahead in the same direction by moving into the lane for oncoming traffic in the area covered by road sign 3.20 "No overtaking", was considered by the justice of the peace of judicial precinct No. 1 for the Menzelinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan, acting as the justice of the peace of judicial precinct No. 2 for the Menzelinsky judicial district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Citizen B. did not appear at the court hearing; he was duly notified. Thus, citizen B. committed an administrative offense which the justice of the peace qualifies under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation as driving, in violation of the Traffic Rules, into a lane intended for oncoming traffic, except in the cases provided for in Part 3 of this Article, which entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of seven thousand five hundred rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months. By the ruling of the justice of the peace this person was found guilty and was sentenced to an administrative fine of 7,500 rubles payable to the state. The ruling has not entered into legal force.
