The Tetyushi District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in the criminal case against 22- and 58-year-old local residents.
– According to the inquiry, the first defendant, who was driving a car, was stopped in Tetyushi by officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate on May 31, 2025. During a document check the man underwent an examination using a technical measuring device, which established that the driver was intoxicated. In addition, it turned out that the offender had previously been held administratively liable for driving while intoxicated, the prosecutor’s office reports.
– According to case materials, the second defendant was stopped in Tetyushi by officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate while riding an electric scooter on June 2, 2025. A test using a technical measuring device established that the driver was intoxicated. The criminal cases have been sent to the Tetyushi District Court for consideration on the merits.
