A humanitarian convoy carrying cargo from the Apastovsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan has arrived in Lysychansk, the city under Tatarstan’s patronage. Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rinat Sadykov and head of Apastovsky District Ayrat Ziganshin visited the humanitarian center, where they discussed the continuation of Tatarstan’s humanitarian mission as part of patronage assistance to LPR cities. At the humanitarian center, representatives of the republic handed over targeted assistance for Lysychansk — building materials and equipment needed to prepare for the autumn–winter period and to carry out restoration work.
“We are not visiting the patronized cities for the first time. We try to help both our fighters at the front and the civilians who are now rebuilding their lives after the destruction. This time we delivered more than 500 OSB panels and 30 rolls of reinforced sheeting — all per the city’s requests, to prepare for the heating season and to create a reserve of building materials. Separate aid was sent to our guys at the front: personalized parcels, communication systems, radios, drones, cars and motorcycles. I want to thank everyone who helps us in this work — labor collectives, entrepreneurs, veterans, and the residents of the district. Everyone contributed a part of their involvement,” emphasized Ayrat Ziganshin.
