The Days of Culture of the North Kazakhstan Region will be held in Kazan.

      From October 30 to 31, Kazan will host the Days of Culture of the North Kazakhstan Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the Days of Culture an exhibition "Botai-Uly dala mädäniyäte" (Botai Culture) will open and a concert of masters of arts from the North Kazakhstan Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan will take place. A delegation from the North Kazakhstan Region, headed by the region’s akim Gauyez Torsanovich Nurmukhametov, will visit Kazan.

      On October 30 at 08:30, with the participation of honorary guests and the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Kazan, Erlan Iskakov, flowers will be laid at the monument to Abay Kunanbayev.

      At the Museum-Reserve "Kazan Kremlin" the exhibition "Botai-Uly dala mädäniyäte," reflecting Botai culture, will open. The exhibition will present 46 works. The exposition is complemented by archaeological artifacts (tools, ceramics, objects of spiritual purpose), a model of a double dwelling, reconstructions of ancient production sites, interactive zones, and works by masters of decorative and applied arts associated with equestrian culture.

      On the same day, the solemn opening of the exhibition "The Literary Firmament of Kazakhstan" will take place at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan. A cooperation agreement is planned to be signed between the S. Mukanov North-Kazakhstan Regional Universal Scientific Library and the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      The Days of Culture will conclude with a concert program by creative groups from the North Kazakhstan Region in the new building of the Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theater named after K. Tinchurin.
