      The Vakhitovsky District Court in Kazan has begun the trial in the case of former senior assistant prosecutor of the Sovetsky District, Dmitry Temnikov. He is accused of attempted acceptance of a bribe and attempted transfer of a bribe. The investigation claims that Temnikov was supposed to hand over a bribe to people who promised to help postpone the seizure of a Kazan businessman’s accounts. For this he received 180,000 rubles, of which he kept 20,000 for himself.
