The greeting from the head of the republican parliament was read out by the Deputy Prime Minister of the RT — Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov.
“With the adoption on October 25, 1990 of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR and the subsequent recognition of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a new page opened in the centuries-long history of Central Asia,” Farid Mukhametshin emphasized in the telegram. “Today Kazakhstan is confidently following a path of impressive state and societal development, constructively addressing important social problems and the pressing tasks of a large-scale move forward. The deputies of the State Council highly appreciate the level of friendly ties between our fraternal peoples.”
Farid Mukhametshin also noted that the constructive activities of the Consulate General make a significant contribution to the development of multifaceted cooperation between Tatarstan and Kazakh partners.
