      Among these gifts is the banner of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet and a piece of a Leopard tank knocked out in the SMO zone in 2023.

      Gifts from the fighters are stored in the library next to the copy of the constitution on which the president takes the oath, and rare books. For example, there is practically a code of rules for a state servant from 1735. "It absolutely lays out how he must behave in service, when he should go on leave — and whether he should," Kurchavova explained.
