      With kind words of encouragement, the honorary guests of the ceremony addressed the honorees. The head of the district, Ayaz Shafigullin, emphasized that receiving a passport is not just a formality, but a serious milestone after which a deliberate life within the legal framework of a great country begins. He wished the youth to be worthy citizens of Russia, to love their homeland, to strive for knowledge, and to strengthen the authority of the district and the republic with their future achievements. The head of the district executive committee, Svetlana Samonina, in her address noted the importance of this event in the context of all-Russian holidays.

      - You are receiving your first document on the eve of Tatarstan Constitution Day, which symbolically underscores your belonging to the multinational people of our great country and our native republic. May pride in the Fatherland always live in your hearts, and may the desire to do good and creative deeds become your guiding principle in life. Do not forget that you represent the future of the Yutazinsky district, she said.

      The performance of the national anthems of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan added particular solemnity to the moment. At their majestic sounds, everyone present in the hall stood up to pay tribute to the state symbols. To some extent, this event became an important educational occasion, instilling in the younger generation a sense of patriotism, civic solidarity, and respect for their native land.
