The homeowners' association "Doverie" of Zainsk was named the best in the republic.

      The manager of the homeowners’ association Nazhiya Imamutdinova received an award from the First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan at a ceremony in Kazan

      A ceremonial award ceremony for the winners of the annual competition “The Best Maintained Locality of the Republic of Tatarstan” based on the results of 2024 was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Among the awardees was a representative of Zainsk, whose work was recognized at the republican level.

      First Deputy Minister Damir Shaidullin reminded that the competition has been held since 2007.

      “Its goal is to identify localities that have achieved the best results during the reporting period in terms of beautification and transformation of the housing and utilities sector. A locality becomes a winner when works have been successfully carried out and the best results have been achieved on indicators in the field of beautification and housing and utilities, including the assessment of the settlement’s environmental condition, the presence of its own MSW landfills, and the elimination of unauthorized dumps,” noted the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      The competition was held in four categories, and based on the results of 2024 fifteen localities were recognized as winners and prize-winners, as well as the best organizations in the housing and utilities sector. All of them received diplomas from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and cash prizes.

      A particular pride for Zainsk was the victory in the category “Best Homeowners’ Association.” The high honor was awarded to the homeowners’ association “Doverie” from Zainsk. Individually, the winner and recipient of a diploma and a cash prize was the manager of the homeowners’ association “Doverie,” Nazhiya Nakipovna Imamutdinova.

      This award is a direct recognition at the republican level of her active civic stance, professionalism and enormous personal contribution to the improvement of her native city. Under Nazhiya Nakipovna’s leadership, the HOA “Doverie” has become an example of effective management and a responsible approach to creating a comfortable environment for residents.
