According to the investigation, on March 11 the shop foreman allowed loading operations to be carried out without proper supervision. At that time, the operator of a contractor’s truck crane used faulty equipment and permitted people to be under the boom. As a result, a metal pipe fell on one of the workers. The man died at the scene from his injuries.

      The criminal case has been sent to court for substantive consideration.
