Tatarstan entered the top 15 Russian regions by the share of apartments with altered layouts.

      As of mid-November 2025, the share of completed apartments with alterations in Tatarstan was 0.7%. Moreover, by this indicator the republic ranked 14th among the largest regions of Russia, writes RBC.

      The top three regions by share of completed apartments with reconfiguration were Krasnoyarsk Krai (1.6%), Samara Oblast (1.3%) and Perm Krai (1.3%). The top five also included Saint Petersburg (1.2%) and Primorsky Krai (1.1%).

      Ranking positions 6–10 were occupied by Sverdlovsk Oblast (1.1%), Omsk Oblast (1.0%), Volgograd Oblast (0.9%), Nizhny Novgorod Oblast (0.9%) and the Republic of Bashkortostan (0.9%).

      In 11th place was Chelyabinsk Oblast (0.7%), 12th was Moscow (0.7%), 13th was Moscow Oblast (0.7%), and closing out the top 15 was Novosibirsk Oblast (0.6%).

      Across Russia, the share of listings with reconfiguration was 0.8%.
