      The first payday — for November — will be paid to workers at the beginning of the first month of winter, since payments for the preceding month are made at the beginning of the following month.

      Salaries for December itself should be paid at the beginning of January. But because January 1–11 will be days off, salaries for those employees who normally receive them between the 1st and the 11th should be paid on the last preceding working day, in other words, no later than December 30.

      Tatarstan residents who usually receive their salary on the 12th of the month or later will be paid in the usual manner.
