A court in Nizhnekamsk suspended the operation of the bakery “Khleb i Tochka” for 90 days after cases of intestinal infection were detected among visitors. A Rospotrebnadzor inspection revealed numerous violations of sanitary legislation at the establishment.
Thus, specialists found violations of food storage rules, employees being allowed to work without medical examinations, and a lack of hygiene training. Swabs from the production equipment contained bacteria of the E. coli group.
Eleven batches of food products weighing almost 70 kilograms in total were withdrawn from sale. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the legal entity. The bakery will be closed for three months to eliminate all identified violations.
