In Almetyevsk, a corridor-style building at 46a Riza Fakhretdin Street caught fire. According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Tatarstan, the fire broke out in one of the apartments on the fourth floor: furniture and the inter-floor vestibule door caught fire. The total area of the fire amounted to 16 square meters. A 38-year-old man was rescued from the burning apartment. He suffered poisoning from combustion products and was referred for outpatient treatment. Firefighters evacuated 15 people, including two children; none of them were injured. According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was arson. Investigators from the State Fire Supervision recorded two separate ignition points.
