      Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev (KNITU-KAI) plans to carry out a major overhaul of the architectural lighting system of the legendary supersonic passenger aircraft TU-144. The aircraft, installed on Chetaev Street as a monument, is part of an interactive museum complex. According to the terms of the tender, the contractor will not only have to update the lighting equipment but also integrate it with the control system of the interactive museum of technology that operates on board the aircraft. The starting price of the contract is 2.02 million rubles. All work must be carried out in compliance with strict safety and occupational health standards. The project completion deadline is set for March 31, 2026. This will allow the updated lighting system to be put into operation for the next summer season.
