At the Sälät House, the qualifying rounds of the 11th Republican "Sämrux" Award have begun.
The selection stages of the XI Republican annual "Sämrux" Award have started at the House of Sälät. The "Sämrux" Award was established in 2015 to encourage gifted children and talented youth participating in the Sälät movement and to evaluate the work of the movement’s activists, partners, authors and project organizers of Sälät.
Children, youth and mentors who take an active part in creative activities compete in 18 categories.
The House of Sälät is hosting the qualifying rounds for the nominations «Ел сәлкеше», «Ел өлкән әйдаманы», «Ел методисты», «Ел директоры», «Ел кулдашлары», «Ел аланы», «Сәләт җырлый». Honorary jury members evaluate the finalists’ performances and determine the winners.
On December 2, the qualifying round for the nomination «Ел кулдашлары» 2025 took place. At the final stage of the republican award in the field of development of gifted children and youth "Sämrux", the expert council conducts interviews with participants and reviews and evaluates their prepared performances.
The following honorary guests took part as members of the qualifying-round jury: Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov; Head of the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan Albert Salikhov; General Director of the furniture company "Service Style", partner of Sälät projects Leniza Rizvanova; Head of the Customer Relations Department of PJSC TATTELECOM Gulnaz Nurtdinova; Head of the Tatar KVN League Ramil Agdeev; Director of the Sälät Youth Center, 9th President of the Sälät Club Aigul Gabdrakhmanova; and winner of World and All-Russian competitions, composer and performer Leisan Arsentieva.
"Many thanks to the organizers, participants and fans for organizing and taking part in this wonderful event! Forward!" welcomed the talented youth Minister for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov.

That is why this year I could not fail to come to this wonderful event; many thanks for the invitation, I wish the participants success!" expressed his gratitude Albert Salikhov, Head of the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of Kazan.
The selection stages for finalists run from November 25, 2025 to January 22, 2026. Jury members have already determined the winners of the nominations «Ел өлкән әйдаманы», «Ел директоры» and «Ел кулдашлары». Selections for six more nominations are still ahead. The names of the winners will be announced in February 2026 at the award ceremony.
