      According to the Hydrometeorological Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, on December 27 the weather in the region will remain the same — moderately cold, damp and overcast under the influence of a northern cyclone.

      The sky will be completely overcast. Snow is expected across the republic — from light to moderate. In some districts, including Kazan, blizzards are possible.

      Winds from the southeast and south will be 6–11 m/s. In some places (excluding the republic’s capital) gusts may reach 14 m/s. Icy roads are likely — drivers and pedestrians should be more careful. Nighttime air temperatures will range from −7 to −12 °C. During the day the mercury will rise to between −5 and −10 °C, and in Kazan — from −6 to −8 °C.
