Professor Elmira Shaimieva's scientific achievements in 2025: a triumph on the international stage

      The outgoing year 2025 proved to be a landmark in the professional career of Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing, Associate Professor Elmira Shamilevna Shaimieva. Her fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, embodied in a number of significant publications, received the highest recognition at prestigious international competitions.

      The central event of the year was a triumphant performance at the XIV International Competition of Methodological, Educational and Scientific Literature "Golden Koryfey", where works under the guidance of and with the direct participation of E.Sh. Shaimieva were awarded a series of prizes in the "Economic Sciences" category. The competition, held under the auspices of the International Research Center "Scientific Cooperation" (Rostov-on-Don) and chaired by the head of the organizing committee, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor O.P. Chigisheva (Moscow Polytechnic University), gathered the best publications of 2024–2025. The expert jury, which included representatives from leading universities of Russia and Kazakhstan, duly appreciated the scholar's contribution.

      Golden fund: award-winning textbooks and monographs

      The team of authors comprising Elmira Shaimieva and Guzelia Gumerova was awarded first place for the university textbook "Electronic Government". The same work, adapted for the system of secondary vocational education, took second place.

      Another victory — first place for the university textbook "Intellectual Property Management", produced by the same authorial tandem. This work answers an urgent contemporary challenge, developing in future specialists the competencies for managing the key assets of the digital economy.

      Particular attention is deserved by the success in the field of scientific monographs. The study "Digital Transformation of Educational Organizations in the Data Economy. Mentoring", carried out in co-authorship with G.I. Gumerova and A.I. Shinkevich, also won first place.

      The monograph "Creative Industries in the Data Economy" (authors Gumerova G.I. and Shaimieva E.Sh.) was awarded second place, and the textbook "Management of Creative Industry Organizations in the Digital Economy" — third place.

      Highest personal recognition: the title "Scientist of the Year"

      Alongside the success of collective works came the highest personal recognition. Elmira Shamilevna became the winner of the VIII International Competition of Major Achievements in Science and Education "Recognition" in the nomination "Scientist of the Year" (2025). This award is a logical outcome of a year of intensive work, a testament to the scholar's authority and influence in the professional community.
