      The Order of Alexander Nevsky was awarded to the head of the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan for ensuring state control over the production, circulation and quality of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and the protection of consumer rights, Zhaudat Akhmetkhanov.

      For achieved labor successes and many years of conscientious work, the Order of Friendship was awarded to the head of the Department of Construction, Transport, Housing and Communal Services and Road Management of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Sibgatullin.

      The Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland," 2nd class, was awarded to Ayrat Shigabutdinov — deputy chairman of the board for corporate governance, property and investments at TAIF.

      For services in the field of healthcare and many years of conscientious work, the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland," 2nd class, was awarded to Rustem Khamitov, chief physician of the Kazan specialized inpatient psychiatric hospital with intensive supervision.

      The honorary title "Honored Physician of the Russian Federation" was conferred on Rinat Shigabutdinov, chief physician of the Medical and Sanitary Unit of Kazan Federal University. The title "Honored Healthcare Worker of the Russian Federation" was conferred on Dmitry Frolov, head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.
