The inspection was prompted by a suspected infectious disease in one of the patients. During the examination, specialists identified serious breaches of sanitary requirements. The clinic used expired instruments and materials, did not follow sterilization procedures, failed to monitor disinfectant solutions, and did not maintain the necessary stock of disposable supplies.
Protocols were drawn up against the legal entity for an administrative offense and for a temporary ban on activities. Operations were suspended in the gynecologist’s office, the procedure room, and two sterilization rooms. The premises were sealed.
