Tyrone Brewer is a newcomer to UNICS.

      BC UNICS has signed a contract through the end of the 2025/26 season with American forward Tyron Bruer (201 cm, 93 kg).

      A graduate of the University of Alabama, he has been playing in Europe for the past three years. The 25-year-old American began the current season with Germany’s Chemnitz. In the German league Bruer averaged 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists. In 12 EuroCup 2025/26 games his averages were 8.4 points and 3.7 rebounds. Last season Tyron played for Germany’s Mitteldeutscher, contributing 11.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 37 Bundesliga games.

      The American newcomer to UNICS began his overseas career in Greece in the 2023/24 season. Playing for Esperos Lamia, the forward averaged 13.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks. In January 2024 he moved to Panerythraikos, where his line was 14.8 points and 7.0 rebounds.

      Tyron Bruer is a German Cup winner with Chemnitz (2025). Following the 2023/24 season, our newcomer was named to the Greek league’s All-Defensive Team.
