      Information about a conflict in one of the entrances of an apartment building in Kazan appeared on social networks. Witnesses said that a verbal altercation broke out between three young men and several women, among them a mother with a baby in a stroller. The situation escalated into a fight when several men attacked one of the participants in the conflict, who had, allegedly, come to see one of the women. According to preliminary data, the participants were intoxicated. Police officers arrived at the scene after a report was made to the duty unit of the "Zarechensky" department. An inquiry into the circumstances of the incident is currently underway, following the results of which an appropriate procedural decision will be made.
