In the past year, 2025, 450 orphans and children left without parental care received their own housing in various cities and districts of Tatarstan. The apartments were provided at the state's expense under a special program, which corresponds to the objectives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." All the apartments are one-room units, fully ready for occupancy. They have been finished with final interior work and equipped with plumbing, stoves, fire alarm detectors and utility meters. The housing was built with investments from the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2013 the State Housing Fund has already handed over 5,796 apartments to participants of this program, continuing systematic work to provide the young citizens of the republic with their own amenity-equipped housing.
