       The median wage indicator in Tatarstan in the agricultural sector for the past six months showed an increase of 8% (compared to last year's figure).

       According to analysts from hh.ru, who summarized the results of the first half of 2025: Tatarstan took an honorable third place among the regions of the Volga Federal District in terms of salary levels in the agricultural sector. According to specialists' calculations, the median salary in the republic's agriculture reached 93.2 thousand rubles, showing an 8% increase compared to the same period last year. The leader of the ranking was Bashkortostan with a figure of 152.5 thousand rubles, followed by the Orenburg region (104.4 thousand rubles). Overall, in the Volga Federal District, the median salary in the agricultural sector amounted to 94.7 thousand rubles, increasing by 7% year-on-year. At the same time, despite the high incomes of workers, Tatarstan faced a reduction in the number of vacancies in agriculture. Over six months, employers in the republic posted 2.4 thousand job offers – this is 31% less than a year ago. At the same time, the republic maintains second place in the number of vacancies in the agricultural sector, yielding only to Bashkortostan. As reported by "Tatar-inform," the increase in salaries in the agricultural sector corresponds to the goals of the national project "Personnel." Earlier, the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, particularly emphasized the importance of systematic training of qualified specialists, starting from school, for the sustainable development of the region's economy. It was previously reported that Tatarstan ranked 22nd in the ranking of Russian regions by road quality. According to experts' calculations, 65.4% of the roads in the republic meet established regulatory requirements.
