       This year, the major repair program includes 915 apartment buildings. To date, work has been completed in 425 houses, but the inspection has officially accepted only 103 of them.

       Specialists from the State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a large-scale check of the progress of major repairs in apartment buildings. A total of 1763 houses were inspected by the agency, revealing 1256 violations. It is known that the major repair program for this year includes 915 apartment buildings. The report states that as of now, work has been completed in 425 houses, however, the inspection has officially accepted only 103 objects. In 17 houses, contractors have not yet started work, and the repairs have been postponed. The main complaint against the regional operator is the significant lag behind the schedules for seasonal work. In 20 municipalities, repairs to heating systems, roofs, and facades are still ongoing in 85 houses. Among the lagging districts are Nizhnekamsk (15 apartment buildings), Almetyevsk (13 apartment buildings), and Vysokogorsk (8 apartment buildings). Despite the identified shortcomings, the inspection notes a positive trend. "And yet, this year the major repairs are being conducted much better," reports the agency's press service. According to the provided indicators, as of September 18 of last year, work was completed in 321 houses, while this year it is in 425 houses. At the same time, the lag in conducting seasonal work last year was much more significant: over 20% from the approved schedule. The overall completion of major repair work in the republic reached 82%. It was previously reported that following the inspection, the Housing Inspection obliged the management company "SK Muzhik" to return an overpayment of nearly 200 thousand rubles. A resident of a high-rise building located on Stadionnaya Street in Kazan filed a complaint about the management company's actions regarding the unjustified overpayment.
