       According to "Metroelektrotrans," passengers began to leave the tram car through one door. This created a crush, causing the tram door to malfunction.

       An unusual incident occurred in public transport in Kazan on the morning of September 11 – passengers of tram No. 4 broke the door while trying to exit the car at the "Sady" stop. The emergency happened at 7:50, when the cabin was particularly crowded due to the morning rush hour. According to the press service of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Metroelektrotrans," inspectors were not conducting checks at that moment. As reported by "BUSINESS Online," after the incident, the remaining passengers in the car were asked to leave the cabin. The damaged tram was sent to the depot for repairs, where mechanics began restoring the door. It was quickly replaced on the line with another train, so delays in movement were avoided.

       It is worth noting that over the past few years, Kazan's electric transport fleet has been actively updated. In 2024, the city received 39 new "MAZ-303T22" trolleybuses produced in Minsk, and in 2023 – 25 of the same vehicles. It was previously reported that based on the decision of the Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan, the activity of the "Chalbar" cafe in Kazan was suspended for a month. The reason for the unscheduled inspection was the poisoning of one of the establishment's visitors: the affected person was diagnosed with an intestinal infection of unspecified etiology after visiting the establishment.
