       As stated by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin, the implementation of the program will ensure that all municipal districts of the republic are equipped with modern ice facilities.

       A large-scale program for the development of sports infrastructure has been launched in Tatarstan. During the opening ceremony of new sports facilities with the participation of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin announced ambitious plans for the construction of ice arenas. “Today, an ice palace is also being opened in the village of Karelin in the Baltasinsky municipal district. This facility was built using funds from the republic's budget as part of the republican program for the construction of ice arenas. A total of 12 more enclosed ice facilities are planned to be built under this program by 2030, providing all municipal districts with modern ice facilities,” TASS quotes Pesoshin. The President of Russia highly praised the region's efforts in developing sports infrastructure. Vladimir Putin noted that Tatarstan demonstrates impressive results not only in the economy and social sphere but also in the development of sports, especially hockey and football. The new program will provide all municipal entities of the republic with modern ice rinks, significantly expanding opportunities for winter sports and mass skating. Special attention is paid to the development of sports in rural areas, as evidenced by the opening of the palace in the Baltasinsky village of Karelin. Recently, it became known that strict medical requirements have been introduced in Tatarstan for children's participation in the main New Year's events: the Kremlin and republican Christmas trees.
