According to published data, the largest amount of funds – 2.4 million rubles – is planned to be directed towards organizing the festive program in the "Black Lake" park. Residents and guests of Kazan can expect a rich program of winter entertainment in the city parks. A total of 15.5 million rubles has been allocated from the budget for organizing festive events. The corresponding tender was posted on the government procurement portal, determining the main recipients of funding and the main directions of festive activities. As indicated by the published data, the largest recipient of funds is the "Black Lake" park, which will receive 2.4 million rubles for its events. A diverse program has been prepared here for the residents, including a ceremonial concert to mark the opening of the ice rink, New Year celebrations, and themed ice parties featuring DJs, outdoor movie screenings, as well as themed figure skating master classes for children and adults. The festive atmosphere will encompass all major recreational areas of the city. The program includes city Christmas trees and traditional winter parties, street theater performances, an unusual gastronomic festival "Snowballs and Pies," a day of hardening for healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, ornithological excursions to learn about wintering birds, and inclusive events adapted for people with disabilities. All planned activities will be available to Kazan residents and city guests until January 18, 2026. An additional gift for the residents will be the arrival of Santa Claus's train on December 22. It was previously reported that only vaccinated children will be allowed to attend New Year trees in Tatarstan.
