In 2025, 89.2 thousand appeals were submitted to the "People's Control" system. This was reported at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan. Last year, about 76% of applications were resolved – 68.9 thousand appeals. For comparison, in 2024, the system recorded 97.9 thousand appeals, of which 76.1 thousand were resolved. The majority of appeals concern landscaping and infrastructure – this category collected 39.2 thousand notifications. 31.4 thousand issues were resolved. In second place is the topic of roads: 27.8 thousand appeals relate to the quality of road surfaces, traffic organization, and other aspects of transport infrastructure. Over 18.2 thousand notifications in this category were completed with a positive result – this means that the corresponding sections of the roads were repaired. In third place in popularity in the "People's Control" system is the housing and communal services sector. Here, 10.1 thousand appeals were recorded. Also among the top topics are the removal of solid municipal waste (3.4 thousand notifications), public transport operations (2.9 thousand), health care issues (1.8 thousand), and environmental conditions (1.2 thousand).
