      In Nizhnekamsk, an off-site meeting of the republican commission for the implementation of the people's program of the "United Russia" party took place. Here, modern refrigeration cabinets are produced, which are used in trade and industry. The company is expanding production and creating new jobs, demonstrating how the TAD helps high-tech businesses to develop.

      Next, the delegation visited the Creative Industries Center "Baza." Here, public and educational spaces operate, where projects for the development of professional skills are implemented, including for employees of the SIBUR company. Special attention is paid to the social adaptation of specialists who move to Nizhnekamsk: they are assisted with housing, employment, and involvement in urban life.

      The center is open not only to employees of enterprises but also to city residents, entrepreneurs, and youth. In the future, a Center for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship is planned to be located here.

      The next site was the full-cycle factory Bicotex. The enterprise produces microfiber using a unique technology for Russia. Guests were shown production workshops and a laboratory, and were informed about the complex process of making fibers used in cleaning and professional fields. Products are released under various brands, including for federal retail chains.

      The commission also visited the company "Ai-Flex," specializing in the production of flexible packaging for the food and industrial sectors. The enterprise has its own quality control laboratory, where products are tested at all stages of production. The company plans to expand production and increase its market share.

      One of the key points of the program was the complex of deep processing of heavy oil residues of JSC "TAIF-NK." It allows for the processing of up to 3.6 million tons of tar and vacuum gas oil per year, producing light petroleum products.

      Participants were shown the central control room and samples of raw materials and finished products, as well as plans for the creation of a research center for the development of domestic oil processing technologies.

      The trip concluded with a visit to the educational center SIBUR-Intech. Here, students are trained on equipment similar to industrial ones and acquire practical skills necessary for working in enterprises.

      In Nizhnekamsk, the development of educational infrastructure continues – educational buildings are being renovated, laboratories are being equipped, and the construction of a dormitory is beginning. This helps to retain youth in the city and prepare in-demand specialists.

      The head of the Nizhnekamsk district, Radmir Belyaev, noted that it was important for the city to showcase real results of work. "We tried to show the city in action – live projects that form a strong economy and make our republic a territory of advanced development. This result is achieved thanks to the implementation of the people's program of the "United Russia" party, as well as federal and regional programs," he emphasized.
