      The synergy of the special economic zone "Alabuga" and the production-educational center "Alabuga Polytechnic" contributes to achieving technological leadership – a goal set by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, who today inspected the infrastructure of the production-educational center and the SEZ. "Alabuga demonstrates steady growth and ranks among the leaders in the national investment attractiveness rating. It is important that the training of specialists for resident companies is carried out right here, at the 'Alabuga Polytechnic' center," noted the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, as reported by his office. "We are producing highly qualified personnel tailored to the specific needs of enterprises, and the students have potential employment opportunities starting from their first years. Together with the partner college, 'Alabuga Polytechnic' participates in the federal project 'Professionalitet' of the national project 'Youth and Children'," added Chernyshenko. The Deputy Prime Minister also mentioned that the training of in-demand specialists for various sectors of the economy in the Volga region was also discussed the day before at the plenary session of the reporting-program forum of the United Russia party "There is a Result!" (which took place in Nizhny Novgorod). At the "Alabuga Polytechnic" center, Chernyshenko interacted with staff and students, as well as inspected classrooms for industrial automation, robotics, design and programming, a chemical analysis laboratory, and an automated pallet production facility. In the special economic zone "Alabuga," he visited several production facilities, including microelectronics, and a research center. In total, more than 5,000 people are studying at "Alabuga Polytechnic." Students are trained through network interaction with nine colleges and two universities. Education is provided in 19 areas, including robotics, programming, biotechnology, primary education pedagogy, chemical analysis, microelectronics, and others. Students combine study and practice (the latter is organized at their own factory and at the production facilities of the residents of the SEZ "Alabuga"). Leading engineers from resident companies teach here.

      As a result of the first three quarters of 2025, the SEZ "Alabuga" significantly increased the revenue of residents, investments, created 11,000 new jobs, and attracted new industrial partners. In 2025, the Government of the country increased the amount of reimbursement for the costs of creating and modernizing facilities in this special economic zone from 13.9 billion rubles to 45.3 billion.
