      The XIV All-Russian Gathering of Entrepreneurs from Tatar Villages was opened at the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan. It is being held for three days by the World Congress of Tatars. Guests of the event included the President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rifkat Minnikhanov, the Acting Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan, Lenar Garipov, the Chairman of the Committee of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan on the "Halal" standard, Abbas Shlyaposhnikov, and others. In her new role as an advisor to the Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars "Milli Shura," the former head of the Public Chamber of Tatarstan, Zilya Valeeva, also participated in the gathering. The head of the national council, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic, Vasily Shaykhraziyev, addressed the Tatar entrepreneurs with a welcoming speech. He reminded those present that there are 4,200 Tatar villages in Russia, and 450 delegates from 37 regions of Russia arrived for today's event. The Chairman of "Milli Shura" spoke about the main tasks set before the gathering of entrepreneurs. "Why do we gather here every year?" Shaykhraziyev asked the audience and answered himself. "First of all, we are invited here because we are Tatars. Secondly, our business is related to agriculture. Thirdly, by communicating with each other, we more easily find ways for our development. And fourthly, we invest part of our profits in the development of Tatar villages." The Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan noted that it is not by chance that the opening of the gathering of Tatar village entrepreneurs traditionally takes place at the Academy of Sciences, which supports Tatar villages in every possible way and generally contributes to the preservation and development of the nation. The President of the Academy of Sciences provided examples of completed projects in his speech. "The preservation of the Tatar language, its introduction into the digital environment, the creation of digital content are investments in the future. The Academy of Sciences is active in this direction. A neural network translator TatSoft has been created, voice services, electronic dictionaries, the Tatar encyclopedia Tatarica, and many other projects have been implemented thanks to the cooperation of the state and business," said Minnikhanov. He noted that in 2026 there will be many events in the cultural and spiritual life of the Tatar people. "We are celebrating the 140th anniversary of the birth of our great poet Gabdulla Tukay, and this is not just a jubilee date, but an opportunity to preserve, strengthen, and understand the national-cultural code. The academy's calendar has prepared six volumes of Tukay, academic works of his contemporary Fatykh Amirhan. These works are an important achievement not only for scholars; they are needed by all lovers of Tatar literature, culture, and history for deeper study," emphasized Minnikhanov.

      After the official opening of the gathering of Tatar village entrepreneurs, its delegates, divided into groups, participated in the work of discussion platforms. Tomorrow, a review of the comprehensive development of Tatar villages in the Tukayevsky and Sarmanovsky districts is planned. The forum will conclude on Tuesday, March 31, with an exhibition-fair of entrepreneurs' products and a plenary session featuring the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, which will take place at GTRK "Korston."
