Ashirov (Kazan, Daur Street, 11). During the inspection, violations of sanitary legislation were identified: - the continuity of technological processes is not maintained; - there are no conditions for preparing dishes from food raw materials: insufficient technological equipment and necessary production workshops; - employees were allowed to work without information on hygiene training and certification, preliminary and periodic medical examinations, vaccinations; - there are no conditions for complying with personal hygiene rules; - production laboratory control is not organized; - violations of the washing regime for kitchen utensils and intra-shop inventory; - there are no cleaning and disinfecting agents; - the sanitary and hygienic condition of production premises is unsatisfactory; - acceptance and use of food raw materials and food products in the preparation of dishes without labeling and accompanying documents. Furthermore, bacteria from the Escherichia coli group were found in the sampled ready-to-eat dishes and environmental swabs, confirming the identified violations of cooking technology, personal hygiene rules, and washing and disinfection regimes. Based on the identified violations, protocols on administrative offenses and a temporary ban on activities were drawn up against the individual entrepreneur, the premises were sealed, and the materials were submitted to the court.
The court has decided to prohibit the activities of the public catering enterprise "Shawarma Shop" for a period of 60 days.
