      The prosecutor's office of the Mamadysh district identified serious violations of anti-corruption legislation in the actions of the head of the local education department, Ildus Gabdrahmanov. During the investigation, it was established that the official did not take measures to prevent a conflict of interest due to a personal debt to the director of a consumer cooperative.

      Instead of notifying the management about the situation, Gabdrahmanov created a fictitious act of completed work for an amount exceeding 157 thousand rubles. The document stated that services were provided for organizing meals in a kindergarten, although these services were not actually provided. After that, the official instructed the accounting department to make a payment based on the forged act. As a result, budget funds were transferred to the cooperative's account and then used to pay off the official's personal debt.

      Based on the materials of the prosecutor's investigation, a criminal case was initiated against Gabdrahmanov under part 3 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, qualifying as fraud. The court found the official guilty and imposed a fine of 250 thousand rubles. In addition, the supervisory authority submitted a proposal to dismiss the civil servant due to loss of trust. The prosecutor's demands were fully satisfied.
