The Chair of the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, Dilbar Sadykova, noted that "Young Diplomats 9.0" is a platform where young people gain not just knowledge, but real tools for entering the international environment. Here, connections and experience are formed, which become the foundation for further professional paths in diplomacy and international cooperation. Citizens of Russia residing in Tatarstan, aged 18 to 35, are invited to participate. A mandatory requirement is proficiency in English at least at the intermediate level. Applications can be submitted until April 8. Based on the results of the application campaign, one hundred young leaders interested in international relations, diplomacy, and public activities will be selected. The competition program consists of several stages. During the training stage, participants will master diplomatic protocol and etiquette, enhance public speaking skills, and participate in debates in English. In the team stage, young diplomats will develop strategies for the development of Tatarstan's sectors, meet with foreign consuls general in Kazan, and present international cooperation projects. At the end of the competition, teams will present and defend projects in the field of public diplomacy. The best solutions will receive practical continuation. The winning team will go to an international youth event abroad, provided the epidemiological and geopolitical situation is favorable. The team that takes second place will undergo an internship in Moscow, visiting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and relevant diplomatic agencies. The team that takes third place will participate in an international youth event in Russia under similar conditions.

      The project aims to create opportunities for youth and aligns with the goals of the national project "Youth and Children." This is a chance for young people who want to connect their lives with diplomacy, international relations, and public activities to gain unique experience, make useful connections, and make a name for themselves.
