In the republic, the acceptance of applications for the annual all-Russian competition among enterprises implementing successful social policies has begun. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition has been held at the initiative of the Russian government since 2000. Its main goals are to identify domestic companies that have achieved significant results in addressing social issues, to summarize and disseminate their best practices, and to stimulate the development of social partnership in labor collectives. The competition is organized in two stages: first at the regional level, then at the federal level. Participation is completely free for all interested organizations. In 2026, the competition includes 17 nominations covering various aspects of social work in enterprises.
